The accommodation, in our own apartment, is in the beautiful coastal resort
of Puerto Pollensa (Port de Pollenca).
We provide this classy and charming apartment recently built (2006).
It is situated just 100m away from the splendid beaches of Pinaret,
in Puerto Pollensa and just a few minutes walk from the resort
centre shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.
Located in a quiet residential area, only 150 metres
from Tolo’s Restaurant on the seafront, where you can sit and enjoy
the Mediterranean sunset, whilst enjoying the great menu and
reasonable prices.
The well equipped first floor apartment comprises
three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), lounge/dinning area and
an open fully-fitted kitchen with all the electric appliances needed
to self-cater, should you want to. Provided with modern furniture,
it opens to a nice balcony facing the communal swimming pool with
sunny terrace. It includes air conditioning throughout.
